Abstract
Mr. Chairman and Fellow Delegates:- Permit me to convey my sincerest thanks, to the organisers for their kind invitation to, what in effect, set the tone for, this seminar on a very topical theme, which has a relevance of far reaching character, not only for our Iron and Steel Industry, but also for our entire industrial set-up. It is an honour, I greatly value.
