Abstract

La and Na doped lead (Ph) zirconate titanate (PZT)type ceramic materials with composition close to morphotropic phase boundary (MPB), prepared by spray drying technique, were characterised by XRD, and the lattice parameters were computed, The PZT and its modified forms belong to rhombo-hedral class of hexagonal system. The doping of La and Na has enhanced edge length, axial angle and cell volume of PZT type materials.
