Abstract
Hardening process keeps tools bright -- An automatic har-dening process for high speed tool steels that produces a bright part finish has been developed by Ipsen Industries Inc. Rockport III. The process maintains correct surface carbon concen-tration, holds distortion to a minimum and reduces the cost of operation to less than one half that of salt treatment.
