Abstract
Third Plan outlay increased -- Significant increase in the amount of investment as well in targets over those envi-saged in the draft Third Plan published last year are dis-closed in a statment by the Planning Commission. The stat-ement reiterates that the final draft of the Development Council on May 30 and 31.
