Abstract
Large deposits of iron ore are located at Bailadila and Dali-Rajhara, which are being worked at present for
export and to meet the requirement of Bhilai Steel Plant respectively. Bailadila ore being quite rich only a few samples were tested, particularly for the utilization of the -9 mm fines. A large number of samples representing
different parts of the deposit from Rajhara mines were also tested.
