Abstract
Polymer coated nanoparticles have been studied for electrical, optical, electrochemical devises, sensors and other biomedical applications due to change in their physical and chemical behavior. Polyaniline coated g-Fe O nanoparticles gave new 2 3 approach to research in sensors. In the present paper we synthesized polyaniline coated functionalized g-Fe O nanoparticles (PaCFNPs) through in situ doping polymerization 2 3 in the presence of HCl as dopant. The obtained nanoparticles were characterized, employing XRD pattern through X-ray diffractometer, molecular structure through FT-IR spectroscopy, magnetic property by B-H loop tracer, thermal (TGA/DSC) study by thermal analyzer and surface morphology by SEM. Through the mentioned characterizations we obtained superparamagnetic PaCFNPs.
