Abstract
Clad materials are laminar compsites of similar or dissimilar metals or alloys bonded together surface to surface. Methods employed are direct sandwich hot or cold rolling, hot pressing, hot dipping, explosion bonding and casting etc(1). Lack of combination of several different properties in a single material necessitates the use of cladding[2].
