Abstract
Production of non-ferrous minerals goes up -- The output of the non-ferrous minerals registered an increase during the month. of July, according to the production statistics released by the Indian Bureau of Mines. The production of copper ore amounted to 40,175 metric tons—an increase of 3,058 metric tons over the preceding month. The production of lead and zinc concentrates recorded an appreciable increase from 1,236 metric tons in June to 1,403 metric tons in July last.
