Abstract
Experimental observed data from stress ruptures properties and mechanical property were analysed to evaluate and estimate the life of the service exposed boiler tubes. The results reveals that stress rupture tests of all tube samples of service exposed tubes were stopped after 400 hours. The life of the experimental service exposed tubes reveals that the service exposed tubes are in reasonable good state of health. Results of tensile and flattening properties shows that the service exposed tubes have had considerable ductility at room temperature.
