Abstract
THIS paper will summarize the properties, design considerations and uses of cast heat and corrosion-resistant alloys. Obviously, it is not possible to cover in detail the almost limitless fields involved and, therefore, it must be borne in mind that the purpose of this paper is to point out the more important aspects of the overall problem of material selection.
