Abstract
The paper describes pelletizing trials with increasing additions of hematite fines and firing at various temperatures. With 50 per rent hematite, the strength after firing remains high and reductibility is not changed. The mixed 50 per cent hematite pellets have a strength comparable to that of magnetite pellets.
