Abstract
The paper highlights an integrated approach to pollution control in foundries through energy conservation, process modifications and application of cost effective and compatible pollution control devices . The results presented are based on data collected at the demonstration pollution control unit set up at Mls Crawley & Ray, Howrah, based on the design carried out by National Metallurgical Laboratory (NML), Jamshedpur.
