Abstract
This paper incorporates the results of research investigations on the recovery of metallic tin by electrolytic detaining from tinplate scrap. The electrolysis is carried cut with a caustic soda bath. stainless steel sheets have been used as cathode and the Tinplate scrap, packed in for1 of rectangular bund les serves as the anode.
