Abstract
The sand sample designated GSP-14 was received from the Department of Industries, Government of Punjab to assess its suitability as a foundry moulding material. The sand sample is reported to have been collected from the place 'Kalyanpur'. As received, the sand was brown in colour and fine-grained in size.
