Abstract

A Sample of Nickeliferous ore from Ranakpur mines, Pali district, Rajasthan, was received from the Director of Mines and Geology, Government of Rajasthan for production of a nickel concentrate, by ore dressing methods. The ore reserves are estimated at 5 lakhs tons. The weight of sample received was 340 lbs and it consisted of lumps from 1” to 4” in size.
