Abstract
This investigation was carried out to study the moulding characteristics of Manduri glass sand received from the Director, Directorate of Geology &Mining, U,P. Lucknow. The sand was collected from the upper unit from Manduri location 25 17: 81°: 37120" Uttar Pradesh. The sand "'as received" was of medium to fine-grained and yellowish-white in colour.
