Abstract
The composition of a bath based on phosphoric - sulphuric- and nitric acid has been established which gives a high degree of polish to aluminum. Use of additives has been found to enhance the degree of polish. Compositions of suitable replenishing solutions have been established to prolong the life of the bath.
