Abstract
The sample was sent by M/S Machinery & Equipment Manufacturers (Private) Ltd., Ahmedabad, and had been Collected from the Bhavnagar deposits. The sample had a dull yellow colour and in powdery form, which passed through a 100 mesh sieve and was retained on a 140 mesh sieve oi the U.S. standard sieve series. The sample was dried for 2 hours at 1050C 110°C and all the further tests were conducted 1in the dried state.
