Abstract
This investigation was undertaken to study the moulding and core characteristics of the sand supplied by M/s. Associated Cement Co. Limited, Engineering Works Shahabad, Dist. Gulbarga, Mysore State. The sand was reddish-white in colour as received and sub-rounded to sub-angular in shape.
