Abstract
Poly (3,4-ehtylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) nanocomposites, including a biodegradable Sigma Cellulose (SC), were prepared byin situ polymerization technique and characterized by FT-IR spectra. Morphological studies of the composites were performed using transmission electron microscopy. Results of characterization and surface morphology indicated a strong interaction between PEDOT and SC. The results of electrochemical properties of PEDOT/SC showed that the addition of SC exhibited remarkable improvement in the conductivityof the PESC composites.
