Abstract

The polycrystalline samples of Lead Zirconate Titanate (PZT) ceramics substituted with rare earth element Gadolinium (Gd3+) with the chemical composition Pb Gd (Zr Ti ) O ; x = 0.00, 0.06 and 0.09 were prepared by high-temperature 1-x x 0.55 0.45 1-x/4 3 mixed oxide method. Structure of the materials has been analyzed using XRD-technique. Dielectric properties of the materials were investigated within a wide range of temperature at selected frequencies. AC-conductivity of the materials has been analyzed at different temperatures and selected frequencies.
