Abstract

The iron ore fines are being generated abundantly at mines site. These fines can be suitably used for making pellets using coal/coal dust as reductant. In present investigation an attempt has been made to study the reduction kinetics of such pellets at different temperatures and kinetic data have been well fitted in chemically controlled kinetic model.
