Abstract
Thermal‐expansion coefficients of low‐melting lead‐tin and lead‐cadmium alloys have been measured in the temperature range from room temperature to 125°C. In the two‐phase region of the alloys, the simple rule of mixtures is applicable and there is good agreement between calculated and measured values.
