Abstract

Wolframite and scheelite are the essential minerals of the strategic metal Tungsten and are known to occur in Rajasthan, Maharastra, West Bengal and Karnataka states. Mineral concentrate analysing over 60% WO3 with minor amounts of impurities like Cu, Sn, Sb, Bi & As find use in the metallurgical industry.
