Abstract
The usage of a commercial relevance R&D likely reveal either a new product or a better control over existing process. In India,there are various types of R&D organisation in Govt., Public & Private Sector. For technology evaluation programme : (i) scale up from bench scale to pilot scale, (ii) feasibility studies and (iii) techno-economic analysis, play the most critical role. These have been discussed in light of few case studies.
