Abstract
The paper gives a short review of clad composites which has got potential application in the industry as well as examines the various processes of clading such as roll bonding, explosive cladding and casting. Research and development work on production technology of clad plates of different metal combinations developed at the National Metallurgical Laboratory has been discussed in this paper. (All the authors belong to National Metallurgical Laboratory)
