Abstract

An improved method for making copper powder by electrolytic process has been described. In this method, deposited copper powder separates out automatically with the help of addition reagent and no additional operation for removing the powder from the cathode is required. The method permits an easy control over the powder characteristics. The effect of copper concentration, current density and temperature over current efficiency has also been discussed. (Shri S.K.
