Abstract

Estimation of hydrogen in aluminium and aluminium alloys by hot vacuum extraction method has been carried out at different temperatures starting from 600°C to 1200°C. The authors have established that 900°C is the optimum temperatures for the complete extraction of hydrogen. Below that temperature complete extraction could not be achieved. Shri J.
