Abstract
Iron, manganese, zinc, copper, calcium and magnesium contents in leaf, stem and fruit (edible part) sections of five seasonal vegetables of Patamda have been reported quantitatively. Robust Z-score analysis was used to screen out the obvious outliers and arrive at a representative composition. All these metals except zinc and copper have been found in highest concentration in the leaves. The accumulation of copper in different plant parts has been found to be fairly uniform.
