Abstract

Polycrystalline PLNZT samples containing molecular formula Pb0.98(La-1-y/3Nay)0.02 (Zr0.53Ti0.47)0.9950O3,[y =0.0,0.5, 1.0, 1.5,2.0, 2.5] were systematically prepared by spray drying technique and calcined powders were consolidated to dense ceramics by cold pressing and sintering. PLNZT ceramics of nearly theoretical density could be obtained by cold pressing the powders at a sintering temperature of 1100°C. The dielectric constant were found to be maximum for the sintering temperature of 11OO°C
