Abstract
Silica is prepared by sol-gel technique from sodium silicate is used to coal glass substrate by dip coating method. Different types of chemical legends of polar molecule are attached with the silica to check the property of hydrophilicity in coating. Contact angle is done check hydrophilicity of the coating. Characterizations or silica and corresponding coating are done using XRD, SEM and AFM.
