Abstract

In the present research an attempt has been made to study the electrodeposition of Zn-Fe alloy coatings on steel substrate using chloride bath at room temperature. Zinc and zinc dross were used as anode in the bath containing met, I chloride, conductive substances and other additives. A thin and adherent alloy coating with coating thickness 'around 261-1mand microdardness around 138 VHN were obtained.
